Associate

Lauren LeVan is a second-year associate at Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, LLP. Her practice includes association and corporate law. In her work with tax-exempt organizations, she provides counsel on a variety of regulatory compliance matters relating to employment law, antitrust, data privacy,  and corporate governance. She also regularly monitors legislation affecting nonprofits, trade associations, and charities. Prior to joining Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, Lauren graduated from Notre Dame Law School after receiving her BA in English at the University of Virginia. While at Notre Dame, Lauren served as a Senior Articles Editor of Notre Dame Law School’s Journal of International and Comparative Law and was active in the Student Bar Association as a 3L representative.

This session will explore the evolving state of artificial intelligence and its changing impacts on the association world. Topics covered will include employment, data privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property issues, and ethics.
