Cara Y. Crotty is an Equity Partner in the Columbia, South Carolina office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, where she practices employment litigation and affirmative action and is Chair of the firm’s Affirmative Action/OFCCP Compliance practice group.  Cara advises all aspects of affirmative action compliance, plan development, and OFCCP compliance reviews.  Cara also represents clients in all varieties of employment-related lawsuits and provides preventative advice to companies. Cara is Counsel to the National Industry Liaison Group (an association of federal contractors), and routinely speaks to employer organizations and HR professionals, at national conferences on affirmative action, DEI, and employment law issues.
