Cresa is the largest firm in North America that exclusively represents commercial Tenants, assisting corporations, law firms, associations, not-for-profit organizations, professional services, engineering firms, and government contractors with any real estate needs. Cresa does not represent owners, developers, or landlords of commercial real estate– they do this to avoid the conflicts of interest that many of their competitors have by representing both sides.
