Matthew is a Tax Manager with more than ten years of exempt organizations experience, including four years with PwC’s National Tax Services, Exempt Organizations Tax Services practice.
Matthew provides tax compliance and planning services for tax-exempt organizations, and has extensive experience with Form 990 compliance, unrelated business income tax reporting, alternative investment analysis, state tax compliance and IRS dispute resolution. Matthew serves various tax-exempt organizations including healthcare and higher education organizations, private foundations, and trade associations.
Matthew is located in Washington DC, but his client base extends nationally. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University.
